Carnelian Bay
Carnelian Bay is located about half-way between Tahoe City and Kings Beach and generally embraces sub-divisions like Cedar Flat, Ridgewood, Carnelian Heights, Fulton Acres, Agate Bay. There is a popular condominium complex called Carnelian Woods; priced from $400k to $600k. Lakefront homes are often, but not always, situated on shallower lots closer to the road. The most popular landmark is GarWoods Grill & Pier Restaurant.
